It is necessary

  • - olive oil;
  • - freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • - balsamic vinegar;
  • - mustard;
  • - sesame seeds;
  • - pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - carnation;
  • - granulated sugar;
  • - ground cinnamon;
  • - dry red wine;
  • - honey.

Instructions

Step 1

The classic balsamic sauce can be seen in a restaurant when serving fish or meat dishes - it intricately decorates them and gives them a piquant touch. To make such a sauce at home, you will need:

- 100 ml of dark balsamic vinegar;

- 4 pieces of carnations;

- 1 cup of sugar;

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon.

Step 2

Pour balsamic vinegar and sugar into an enamel mug or small saucepan. Put this container on medium heat and add spices - cloves and ground cinnamon.

Step 3

Bring liquid to a boil and reduce heat. Leave the sauce to simmer until thickened. It will be ready in about 30-40 minutes (it should be halved). The balsamic sauce should be similar in consistency to liquid honey. Strain the finished product and cool.

Step 4

To make sesame balsamic sauce, you will need:

- 2 tbsp. olive oil;

- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice;

- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar;

- 1 tbsp. mustard;

- sesame seeds, pepper, salt - to taste.

Step 5

In a bowl, combine the mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and freshly squeezed lemon lemon juice. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Then fry the sesame seeds in a dry skillet until slightly browned. In this case, it is necessary to stir them and make sure that they do not burn. The amount of sesame seeds depends on your preference.

Step 6

Add the seeds to the mixture and mix all the ingredients thoroughly for a smooth consistency. Before seasoning the salad with the prepared sauce, you can add finely chopped fresh herbs to the last one, such as parsley or thyme leaves.

Step 7

Pour the mixture into the salad bowl and stir the ingredients. This balsamic sauce can also be used as a marinade for chicken or pork skewers. If you want to serve it separately, it is better to cool the sauce beforehand.

Step 8

This thick balsamic cream sauce, made according to the following recipe, is perfect for party appetizers, meals and desserts. To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:

- 100 ml of dry red wine;

- 200 ml of balsamic vinegar;

- 2-3 tbsp. honey.

Step 9

Pour balsamic vinegar and wine into a small saucepan, then bring to a boil over medium heat. Then reduce the heat a little and, stirring occasionally, boil it to half the original volume.

Step 10

Add honey and, stirring continuously, dissolve it completely, then remove from heat and cool. Pour the finished balsamic cream sauce into a glass container and store in the refrigerator.
