With the onset of summer, many people have a desire to cook outdoors. And it doesn't have to be kebabs, you can cook, for example, grilled sausages with pears. Thyme and mustard will add aroma and special sophistication to the dish. Sliced pears will become extremely sweet due to the heat treatment.
It is necessary
- - fresh thyme - to taste;
- - sausages - 8 pcs.;
- - ripe pears - 4 pcs.;
- - freshly ground pepper - to taste;
- - coarse salt - 1 tsp;
- - olive oil - 1/4 cup;
- - mustard - 1 tablespoon;
- - fresh lemon juice - 2 tbsp.

Step 1
Preheat your grill to high heat. Then whisk the mustard and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add pepper, salt, oil and mix well. The mass should be completely homogeneous.

Wash the pears carefully in running water and then cut them into small wedges with a knife. Brush the sliced pears with two tablespoons of the mustard and butter sauce you just made. Lubricate a clean grill rack with vegetable oil to prevent the pear sausages from sticking to it.

Take the sausages and place them next to each other on the wire rack. Cook the sausages for 12 minutes, turning frequently. Never let them burn. Stay close at all times, keep a close eye on the process.

At the same time, fry the pears until they are soft and brown. Spend no more than 5 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Take a wide, large plate and rinse it in water. Place sausages on a plate, pears next to them. Pour the remaining sauce over the dish and sprinkle with the pre-chopped thyme.
