  • - 1 glass of sour cream;
  • - 100 g of sugar;
  • - 1 can of condensed milk;
  • - 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds;
  • - peanuts.

Step 1

Sift the flour in a separate bowl. Defrost the butter until it softens and grind with flour. Then release the egg, add sour cream, add sugar. Mix the resulting mass well until smooth. Line a roasting tray with baking parchment paper.

Step 2

From the finished dough, form a ball and divide it into 4 pieces. Then roll up rollers from each part and put them in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. The dough should be firm. Then grate it, gently spread it in an even layer on a baking sheet. You can skip the dough through a meat grinder with a large wire rack.

Step 3

Bake anthill cakes in the oven at 130 degrees for 50 minutes until golden brown, just don't overcook. Then cool the finished products and finely break them into small pieces or crush them with a crush. You can roll the resulting cakes with a rolling pin on the table. Chop the peanuts in the same way.

Mix the resulting crumbs and nuts in a bowl. Prepare the cream in a separate container. To do this, mix the condensed milk, previously brewed for one hour, with butter. The consistency should be uniform.

Step 5

In a large saucepan, mix the crumbs, nuts and buttercream thoroughly. Then wet your hands and gently form a slide on a flat plate. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top of the nest. Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour until it hardens, or let stand at room temperature for 6 hours.
