"Anthill" is a very unusual and tasty cake. It is very easy to prepare, and you can use any ingredients to decorate it: chocolate icing, poppy seeds, nuts, grated chocolate, honey, raisins, you can cook caramel.

- butter - 200 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- milk - 150 ml;
- baking powder - 2 tsp;
- vanillin - 2.5 g;
- vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
- For the cream:
- boiled condensed milk - 1 jar (380 g);
- butter - 200 g;
- honey - 3 tablespoons;
- walnuts - 150 g.
- For chocolate glaze:
- butter - 50 g;
- sugar - 4 tablespoons;
- milk - 2 tablespoons;
- cocoa - 4 tablespoons
- For decoration:
- poppy - 30 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a three-liter saucepan, put a can of condensed milk in it and fill it with water. As soon as the water boils, reduce the gas and simmer the condensed milk over low heat for 1, 5 hours. Control the process of boiling off the liquid, it must constantly cover the jar.
Step 2
Sift all the flour twice and mix with baking powder and vanilla before you start making the dough. Take the oil warmed to room temperature, soften it and add 2 eggs, mix the mixture thoroughly.
Step 3
While stirring, slowly pour in the milk.
Step 4
Slowly adding flour, knead the dough until smooth.
Step 5
Place the mixture on a floured table. Next, knead the dough with your hands until it starts to easily move away from the table and hands. Wrap the finished dough in a towel or plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Grease a baking sheet and a meat grinder with vegetable oil. Take baking paper and place it on a baking sheet. Pass the dough through a meat grinder and gently spread it over the top of the paper.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until golden brown for 15 minutes.
Step 8
While the cookies are baking, take a glass of walnuts and cut them into small pieces.

Prepare the cream. To do this, take out a can of condensed milk and refrigerate it. Take a packet of softened butter and beat lightly with a mixer. Continuing to beat, add condensed milk and honey warmed to room temperature.

If the shortcrust pastry is already browned, unplug the oven and let cool slightly. Break the finished cookies into small pieces.

Add nuts and ready-made cream to the broken cookies, mix well and gently. Place the mixture on an anthill tray.

While the cake is soaking and cooling, prepare the chocolate frosting. Mix sugar and cocoa. Add softened butter and mix thoroughly. While continuing to stir, slowly pour in the milk. Cook the glaze over low heat, stirring constantly (3-5 minutes).
Step 13
With the finished icing, without cooling, pour the cake on top and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Leave the cake to cool on the table for 20 minutes. To completely saturate the "Anthill", put it in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
