Sterilized sunflower oil is great for newborn baby's skin, because it does not contain any fragrances or dyes. It can also become the basis for aroma mixtures used for cosmetic purposes. And most importantly, preparing such a product at home is not difficult at all.

Instructions
Step 1
Pour the sunflower oil into a small glass vial with a stopper or lid. You can use a medicine bottle or a small glass bottle. A container with a thin neck is ideal. It is better to use natural unrefined oil. The portion should not exceed 100-150 ml.
Step 2
Pour water into a ladle and place a closed container of sunflower oil in it. The oil bottle must be upright. Make sure it does not fall and the oil is not agitated during sterilization. The water in the bucket should not cover the neck of the bubble, but the water level may be higher than the oil level in the bubble.
Step 3
Put the ladle on low heat and, after the water boils, heat the oil for 20-25 minutes, not allowing the oil itself to boil in the bubble. Long sterilization of the oil will lead to the death of all the beneficial substances contained in it. And if you sterilize the oil for a shorter time, then bacteria can remain in it, which, if in contact with the skin, can cause various skin infections.
Step 4
After removing the ladle from the heat, let the oil cool down on its own. Do not forcibly chill the oil container in cold water or refrigerator. Leave it in water until it cools completely, because the bubble is heated to a rather high temperature and you can get burned.
