It is necessary

  • - carrots - 1 pc.,
  • - potatoes - 3 pcs.,
  • - white cabbage - 1/4 head of cabbage,
  • - green beans - 300 g,
  • - onions - 1 pc.,
  • - tomato - 2 pcs.,
  • - bell pepper - 1 pc.,
  • - chili pepper - 1 pc.,
  • - tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • - vegetable oil for frying,
  • - bay leaf - 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the beans, cabbage, potatoes, bell peppers into strips. Place vegetables in a medium saucepan with boiling water.

Step 2

Cook vegetables until soft. While the vegetables are boiling, prepare the frying for the soup: fry grated carrots, diced tomatoes (without skin), chopped onions and chili peppers in vegetable oil.

Step 3

When the vegetables in the pan are ready, lay out the frying, add tomato paste and toss in the bay leaf. Mix everything well and cook the soup with a low boil until tender.
