Funchoza are rice or starch noodles that are traditional in Dungan cuisine. My Dungan neighbor taught me how to cook funchose. In traditional Dungan cuisine, jusai is added to this dish. But since it is very difficult to buy, then I cook without it.
It is necessary
- -funchoza (rice noodles)
- -meat (pork, beef or chicken)
- -green radish
- -carrot
- -onion
- - red bell pepper
- -garlic
- -soy sauce
- -vegetable oil
- -greens
- -spice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into strips and fry thoroughly in a cauldron in vegetable oil.
Cut the onion into half rings. Grate radish, carrots. Pepper and cut into thin strips.
Add vegetables to meat, salt, pepper and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Pour some soy sauce into a cauldron with vegetables. Squeeze the garlic there. Simmer for a couple of minutes. We also add chopped greens and turn off the heat after a minute.
Step 3
Cook the rice noodles as directed on the package. It is advisable to break it beforehand so that it is not too long. The noodles should not be overcooked. As soon as it becomes translucent, put it in a colander.
Step 4
Put the noodles on a dish. Put the gravy with vegetables on top and mix thoroughly. Dungan Funchoza is ready!
