Funchoza is a thin, translucent rice flour noodles. It is used to prepare many traditional oriental dishes. In the classic Thai cuisine, the funchose dish with shrimps is very popular.
It is necessary
-
- 80 g dry rice noodles
- 200 g peeled shrimp
- small onion
- 100 g fresh soy sprouts
- 20 g peanuts
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- garlic
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- hot red pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil a large amount of water in a saucepan, boil funchose in it, fold it on a sieve and let the water drain.
Step 2
Wash the shrimps, dry with a napkin. Cut the onion into half rings, rinse the soybean sprouts under running water. If you do not have sprouts, you can do without them or replace them with sprouts of any cereal plant.
Step 3
For further cooking, you will need a wok, a deep skillet with thick sides, but you can try using a regular skillet as well. Chop the peanuts, fry them in a dry skillet until light brown. Transfer the nuts to a cup and set aside for now.
Step 4
In the same frying pan, heat up vegetable oil (better than what you have in stock), fry the shrimps on it, add soy sprouts, onions, mix well. Send ready-made funchose to them, fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Season the contents of the skillet with chopped garlic and sugar. In a separate cup, prepare the fish sauce, lemon juice, and hot pepper dressing.
Step 6
Divide the funchose into bowls, pouring the prepared dressing over each serving and sprinkle with toasted peanuts.
