To cook soybeans, it must first be soaked. To do this, pour soybeans into a saucepan and cover with cold boiled water. Add a teaspoon of salt or baking soda and soak for 12 hours. Drain and pour clean water. Place the pot on low heat and simmer for one and a half to two hours. Thanks to softening the water with salt or baking soda, soy beans boil well. Soybeans can be cooked in a different way. Pour boiled water over the soybeans and leave to swell for 15 hours. Then change the water, add a teaspoon of salt or soda and put the pot with beans on low heat. Boil the soybeans for two hours. Then drain the broth, and cook various dishes from boiled soybeans: salads, soups, stews and cereals.

Soybean Potato Soup Soak the soybeans in boiled water overnight. Without draining the water, put the pot over low heat and cook the soybeans until soft. To make the beans "reach", soak them in the hot water in which they were boiled. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan. Peel the onions and chop finely. Fry it with flour in oil. This dish retains the flavor of potato pancakes, but contains 20 times more protein.
