It is necessary

    • chocolate (white or dark
    • which soul is closer) - 1 tile;
    • peanuts or almonds - 200 g;
    • coconut flakes - 150 g;
    • boiled condensed milk - 1 can;
    • cream - 200 g;
    • butter - 40 g;
    • sugar - 0.5 cups.

Instructions

Step 1

Take cream, sugar and butter, mix everything in a saucepan and put on low heat. Cook this mixture, stirring constantly, until the sugar and oil are completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 2

While the mixture is cooling, take the condensed milk, transfer it to a deep plate, add the nuts and mix thoroughly. Spread the resulting mass in an even layer 1.5-2 cm thick on a flat, even plate or baking sheet and send it to the freezer for three hours.

Step 3

Pour coconut flakes into the slightly cooled creamy mixture, mix thoroughly and put in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Step 4

Remove the condensed milk mixture with nuts from the freezer, cut into neat strips to the desired length and width of the bars. Place in the freezer again for two hours.

Step 5

Take out the creamy mixture with coconut flakes and do the same manipulations with it as described in the previous paragraph, also put it in the freezer for two hours.

Step 6

After both masses have frozen, take a bar from one mass and a bar from the other, attach them to each other in pairs. Gently place them on a plate, squeezing slightly along the entire length so that the slices stick together.

Step 7

Prepare the icing: break the chocolate into wedges, put it on a plate and put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. If you don't have a microwave, you can melt the chocolate in a water bath. To do this, take two pans, different in diameter, so that one can be placed in the other. Put water in a large saucepan and place a smaller saucepan in which to place the chocolate wedges. Add vegetable oil to melted chocolate and mix thoroughly.

Step 8

Take the bars and dip them in the chocolate, then place them on a plate. When the chocolate has solidified, the bars are ready to eat.
