Not so long ago, scientists working on nutritional problems found that the first breakfast should be at 7-15 - 7-40 in the morning. A light, nutritious meal is easy to prepare quickly.
Cottage cheese with banana
Take:
- 150 g fat-free cottage cheese;
- half a banana;
- a few grains of vanilla sugar.
