It is necessary

    • 1.5 kg of meat;
    • 300 g eggplant;
    • 200 g onions;
    • 300 g carrots;
    • 300 g potatoes;
    • 200 g bell pepper;
    • 200 g tomato;
    • 100 ml of water;
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil;
    • parsley and dill;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the eggplants, dry them with a towel and peel them off. Cut into small cubes. Peel and rinse the onion under cold water, then cut it into thin half rings. Rinse the meat well and cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan (cauldron, saucepan) and heat over low heat. Add the onion to the heated oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add the meat and simmer for 20 minutes, with the lid closed.

Step 3

Peel, wash and grate carrots for Korean carrots, or cut into thin cubes. Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into slices. Take a deep bowl, place potatoes in it and cover with cold water to remove excess starch.

Step 4

Salt and pepper the meat with onions and simmer for 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put the eggplant on top and, without stirring, keep on fire for another 7-10 minutes.

Step 5

Put 100 ml of water in a small saucepan and bring to boiling point. Rinse the potatoes under running water and place them in the next layer in a saucepan, add water and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Step 6

Cut the pepper in half, remove the septa and seeds, and rinse thoroughly. Cut into thin strips.

Step 7

Add a layer of carrots to a saucepan, after 10 minutes a layer of pepper and salt a little (0.5 tsp). Simmer meat and vegetables for 15 minutes without stirring.

Step 8

Take a small saucepan, place tomatoes in it, pour boiling water over it for 20-30 seconds. After the allotted time, drain the hot water and fill the tomatoes with cold water for 1 minute. Gently remove the fruit from the liquid and peel it off. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Rinse the greens well under running water and place them on a cotton towel to dry.

Step 9

Add tomatoes to meat with vegetables and leave on fire for another 15 minutes. Then mix everything gently and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Chop the herbs finely and add to the saucepan. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let the finished dish brew for 8-10 minutes.
