Pie "Lakomka" is the most favorite pie in our family. It is done quickly enough, and eaten even faster. I want to share with you the recipe for this "Gourmet".
It is necessary
- Dough:
- - 4 eggs;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 1 glass of flour;
- - 2 apples;
- - plums;
- - grapes;
- - lemon;
- - vegetable oil.
- Filling:
- - 250 g of cottage cheese;
- - 250 g butter;
- - 8 tbsp. l. flour;
- - 1 egg;
- - 0.5 cups of sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
With a mixer, beat the eggs until fluffy, gradually adding sugar and flour. The dough turns out like thick sour cream. The apples must be prepared beforehand - washed and cut into thin slices: To prevent the apples from darkening, I sprinkle them with lemon juice on top.
Step 2
Separate the plums and grapes from the seeds. I grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil, sprinkle it with semolina and pour part of the dough into it, spread the fruits and berries, pour the rest of the dough on top. I bake for 20-25 minutes. at 200 degrees.
Step 3
To decorate the cake, I rub cottage cheese with butter and sugar. I add an egg and flour to the resulting mass. I usually make it to a consistency so it can easily fit into a cooking syringe. Decorate the cake after it's completely baked. Then I put it in the oven again, 10 minutes. - and the cake is ready.
