Quick recipes always help out the hostesses in case of an unexpected arrival of guests or when you want to pamper your household with homemade pastries without spending a lot of time. One of these solutions can be an unusual, but very tasty nut pie with a subtle coffee note and chocolate.

- 2 eggs;
- 3 tbsp Sahara;
- 1 tsp instant coffee;
- 80 walnuts;
- 50 g chocolate (1/2 bar);
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- vanillin on the tip of a knife.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking hazelnuts with coffee and chocolate takes about 20 minutes. To do this, follow the correct sequence of actions.
Step 2
Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater and put it briefly in the freezer. You can prepare the chocolate chips in advance, or use industrial-made chocolate drops.
Step 3
Turn on the oven. By the time the dough is ready, it should be warmed up to 180-200 degrees.

Prepare a baking dish: line the bottom and sides with baking paper or oil. However, this is not required if you plan on using a silicone mold.

Chop the walnuts finely with a knife, or chop them in a blender or coffee grinder. If desired, some of them can be left for decoration: select the most beautiful halves, break them in large pieces, etc.

Beat the eggs into a foam, gradually adding sugar and vanillin, add coffee and continue beating until coffee dissolves. To speed up this process, first pour 1 tablespoon of coffee granules. water, and then add to the egg-sugar mixture and beat. Next, add the nuts and chocolate chips and mix well.
Step 7
Mix the flour with baking powder and sieve to oxygenate; the cake will be tender and porous. As a baking powder, you can use 1 tsp. soda, quenched with 1/2 lemon juice, citric acid dissolved in water, or vinegar. This mixture must be poured into the finished dough.
Step 8
Add flour to the rest of the ingredients, mix the dough well. Put it in the prepared form. To decorate, lay the walnuts on top of the dough as your imagination tells you.
Step 9
Bake the pie in the oven for 15 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Pierce the cake in several places with a wooden toothpick or skewer: if it is clean and dry, then the product is ready.

You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar on top or serve with a scoop of ice cream.
