Sour cream-lemon cake or pie is very quick and easy to prepare. The recipe requires no special ingredients. It is quite possible to replace sour cream with a glass of kefir, only in this case add flour. Lemon will give a pleasant aroma and perfectly loosen the dough.

- 3 cups wheat flour
- 0.5 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 200 gr. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 50 gr. butter
- 1 lemon
- 1 pack of baking powder

Sift flour.

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar.

Melt the butter.

Rub the lemon zest. Set aside the cake decorating piece.

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Leave 1 teaspoon for the icing.

Add butter, sour cream, whipped yolks, lemon zest and juice, baking powder to the flour and mix everything thoroughly.

Grease a baking pan with butter and flour so that the finished cake can be easily removed.
Prepare the icing.
Mash the protein, gradually adding powdered sugar and lemon juice.
