It's no secret that blueberries are good for eyesight. Eating berries just like that, of course, is not a bad thing. But you can make a delicious dessert from them and eat it with freshly brewed tea. At the same time, blueberries will retain their most useful properties.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • Large eggs - 2 pcs;
  • Sugar - 120 g;
  • Milk - 30 g;
  • Butter - 120 g;
  • Flour - 250 g.

Filling Ingredients:

  • Sugar - 4 tablespoons;
  • Blueberries - 250 g;
  • Starch - 2 tsp

Preparation:

  1. You need to start by making the dough. Mix butter with sugar, pour in milk and break one egg into the dough. Pour flour into the workpiece and quickly knead the dough. This must be done very, very quickly so that the dough does not become tight. Place the resulting pie dough in the refrigerator for about one hour.
  2. The next step is to bring the oven to the correct temperature. An acceptable temperature for baking a cake is 200 degrees.
  3. Then you need to start preparing the pie filler. The blueberries must be washed and divided into four equal parts. Pour each part into a separate heat-resistant dish (blueberry pie will be portioned). Mix starch with sugar and pour the resulting mixture into all four servings of berries.
  4. Now you need to roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 millimeters. Cut four pieces out of it to act as pie lids. Cover the blueberries covered with a mixture of sugar and starch with the prepared lids. Align the edges. Beat the remaining one egg and grease the lids with them. Sprinkle sugar on top of the portion (or, if possible, sprinkle with powdered sugar).
  5. Bake blueberry tarts in oven for about 15 minutes. Optionally, you can prepare such pies with bottoms (make them from the remaining dough).

Serve blueberry tarts with ice cream or cold whipped cream.
