  • - 150 g of cookies;
  • - 100 g of melted butter;
  • - 400-500 g mascarpone;
  • - 400-500 g of strawberries (fresh or frozen);
  • - 2 chicken eggs;
  • - 50 g granulated sugar;
  • - 1 tsp vanillin;
  • - 1 tbsp. l. gelatin;
  • - 100 ml. water;
  • - 50 g blueberries (as a decoration, optional).

Instructions

Step 1

Grind the cookies, use a blender for this, melt the butter. Mix everything in a bowl.

Step 2

Place the baking paper on the bottom of the multicooker. Then put a mass of crushed cookies and butter in a dense layer.

Step 3

Break eggs into cream cheese, stir thoroughly. Add vanillin, all the sugar, some strawberry pieces (about 100-200 g).

Step 4

Put in a multicooker in a second layer. Start the multicooker with the Baking function and wait 50 minutes. When finished, let it stand for another hour. Then set the "Heating" function.

Step 5

Chop the remaining strawberries and grind into small pieces, it is better to chop in a blender. Add gelatin to a glass of warm water, wait for complete dissolution. Mix the dissolved gelatin with the chopped strawberries.

Step 6

Combine the strawberry mass with a previously cooled base. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Step 7
