This is an exquisite and very beautiful dessert, quite easy to prepare. The main thing is to choose a sweet, aromatic melon with a smooth surface and no damage to the crust. A glass of white wine is ideal for such a dessert.

Step 1
Jelly preparation
Pour 0.5 cups of cold boiled water over gelatin for 20 minutes, then put in a water bath and stir until the gelatin dissolves. Strain, pour in pineapple juice, add sugar and, stirring all the time, bring to a boil (but do not boil!), Remove from the stove and cool.
Step 2
Melon preparation
Cut the melon in half, pick out the seeds with a spoon, and then cut out almost all the flesh, leaving about 1 cm at the crust. Cut off the bottom a little so that the halves of the melon stand firmly on the dish.
Step 3
Preparing the filling
Cut the melon pulp into cubes, mix with washed and dried grapes. It is better to take grapes of different colors, for example, green and black - this will make the dish look more spectacular.
Step 4
Pour a little jelly into the melon halves, put half the melon-grape filling, pour half the jelly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then take out the melon, add the rest of the filling and pour over the remaining jelly. Put in the refrigerator again until the jelly hardens completely. Before serving, carefully cut the dessert into slices along with the crust.
