    • butter (125 gr);
    • baking powder (1 tsp).
    • For the curd filling:
    • cottage cheese (500 gr);
    • sour cream (1 tbsp.);
    • eggs (3 pcs.);
    • sugar (1/2 tbsp.);
    • vanillin (1 tsp);
    • raisins (100 gr);
    • canned peaches (1 can).

Instructions

Step 1

Mash the softened butter with sugar with a wooden spoon.

Then add one egg to the mass and mix everything well with a mixer.

Add baking powder to flour and sift into a bowl of egg and butter mixture. Adding flour little by little, knead a tender dough with your hands.

Grease the mold with vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour, knead the dough with your hands along the bottom and walls of the mold, making sides.

Prepare the filling - stir the cottage cheese, eggs and starch well. Better to use a mixer.

Combine sour cream with sugar and vanilla, beat the mixture with a mixer until the sugar dissolves, and then pour into the curd mass, stirring gently with a spoon.

Remove the peaches from the jar, cut into wedges and place on the bottom of the pie dough. Top with raisins, previously filled with boiling water.

Fill them with the filling. Lightly grease the top with sour cream to obtain a golden brown crust.
