Let's start making a mosaic cheesecake. We start with chocolate cubes. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. (Fahrenheit). Line a baking sheet with foil and grease it with oil. Heat the butter and chocolate in the microwave for two minutes.
Stir the resulting mixture, add eggs, vanilla and sugar. After mixing, add salt, flour and mix again thoroughly.
Place the prepared mass on a sheet and leave it in the oven for thirty minutes. When the biscuit has cooled down, cut it into cubes two to three centimeters in size. You will have about two cups of these cubes.
Next, prepare the dough. Mix the ingredients for it and transfer to the prepared form, which is greased with oil. Place in the refrigerator and leave for two hours. After that, we prepare the oven, preheating it to 175 degrees.
Let's take care of the filling. Beat the cheese with a mixer and gradually add eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add chocolate cubes to the resulting composition and mix gently.
Pour the resulting filling onto the dough cooled in the refrigerator. Place the mold in the oven and leave to bake for 45 minutes. After that, let it cool.
Now it's the turn of the glaze. Using a food processor or other devices that you have, we grind the chocolate. Heat cream and butter in a saucepan. Fill the chocolate with the resulting composition and mix carefully. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, stirring continuously.
Fill the cheesecake with the resulting glaze and enjoy the culinary masterpiece!
