In hot summer, you always want something light and cold, but at the same time tasty and sweet. Souffle "Mosaic" is ideal as such a summer dessert. Preparing such a dessert is very easy and quick, because in summer you don't want to stand at the stove for a long time, preparing serious and nutritious dishes.

It is necessary

  • - 1 liter of milk;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • - 100 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of vanillin;
  • - 30 g of gelatin.

Instructions

Step 1

Dilute gelatin in a glass of water according to the method indicated on the package and divide it into two equal parts.

Step 2

We also divide a liter of milk into two equal parts. We put one part on a slow fire, adding 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vanillin, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder and a bar of chocolate.

Step 3

After the cocoa dissolves and the chocolate melts, remove the cooked mass from the stove and let it cool slightly, then pour one part of the diluted gelatin into it and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

The second part of the milk is mixed with a mixer with the remaining sugar, vanilla and 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream.

Step 5

Pour chocolate and white jelly into molds and put them in the refrigerator until they solidify.

Step 6

Cut two frozen colored jellies into small cubes, put them in one bowl and mix thoroughly.

Step 7

Let the jelly melt a little and put it back in the refrigerator to solidify.

Step 8

Put the finished jelly on a dish and sprinkle it with grated chocolate.
