- - 2 yellow sweet peppers;
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 1 eggplant;
- - 4 tomatoes;
- - 80 g of cheddar cheese;
- - a bunch of fresh basil;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel vegetables. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, cut lengthwise into strips 3 cm wide. Wash the zucchini and eggplant, cut lengthwise into strips 1 cm wide. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Oil a baking dish.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Arrange the vegetables in a fireproof pan in layers, seasoning each with salt and dried basil. Sprinkle half the cheddar over the casserole, cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Then remove the foil, increase the temperature to 225 ° C, sprinkle the remaining cheese on the dish and cook for another 10 minutes.
