    • white wine (2 tablespoons);
    • olive oil (1 tablespoon);
    • fresh herbs (1 tablespoon);
    • garlic (1 clove);
    • onion (1 head);
    • butter (4 tablespoons);
    • chicken liver (150 grams);
    • wheat bread (10 slices);
    • spices to taste.
    • Shrimp sandwiches:
    • butter (2 tablespoons);
    • thick cream (5 tablespoons);
    • spinach or green salad leaves (4 pcs.);

    • tomatoes (2 pcs.);
    • shrimp (200 grams);

Step 1

Wash and dry the vegetables. Core the pepper by removing all the seeds. Cut the olive into small pieces. Cut two identical sections out of a slice of cheese and bell pepper.
