It is necessary
- - sardine (in oil) - 200 g;
- - chicken eggs - 6 pcs.;
- - cheese - 150 g;
- - onions - 70-100 g;
- - butter (butter, frozen) - 100 g;
- - mayonnaise - 150 g;
- - dill greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the products, measure their quantity, carry out preliminary work (wash, boil, clean) and proceed directly to the preparation of the dish.
Step 2
The secret of the lettuce lies in fine slicing, which helps to merge all the layers into a single mass. Divide the boiled and chilled eggs into separate components: whites and yolks. Grate the proteins on a fine grater and cover the bottom of the salad bowl with them. Grind hard cheese with a fine grater and put on a protein layer.
Step 3
Remove the canned fish from the tin and free it from the remaining fat. Separate the sardines on a separate plate from the large bones and mash with a fork. Then cover the cheese with the resulting gruel and pour with mayonnaise. For fish, you need to use 3/4 of the assigned portion of mayonnaise.
Step 4
Grate the onion on a fine grater and put on top of the mayonnaise. Mash the yolks with a fork and divide into two equal parts. One half follows the bow, the other acts as decoration. The first half is saturated with the remaining mayonnaise.
Step 5
The final layers are herbs and butter. Finely chop the greens with a knife, and chop the butter with a fine grater. Gently smooth the butter, rubbed over the greenery, over the surface. The yolks blend perfectly with the snow-white layer. To achieve fluffiness, the crushed yolks are additionally wiped through a sieve. If you like greens, fill the sides of your salad with it. Place the prepared salad in a cold place for two hours.
