This light, unusual salad will pleasantly surprise you with its delicate taste. Unlike the traditional "Mimosa" recipe, which includes onions and canned salmon, this option is not as common.

- 200 gr of hard cheese
- 4 apples
- 100 g frozen butter
- mayonnaise
Instructions
Step 1
Place the butter in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool, separate the whites from the yolks. Cut apples into 4 pieces and core.
Step 2
Take the plate on which you will serve the salad - you will not be able to shift it after cooking.
Next, you need to grate the food in layers on a coarse grater. After each layer, coat with mayonnaise. Sequence: protein - cheese - butter - apple. The number of layers does not matter, but it is advisable to repeat the layers at least one more time.
Step 3
After you have laid out the layers, gently coat the salad with mayonnaise. Finely grate the yolks and sprinkle the bacon on top and sides. You can gently press down on the first layer of the yolk to keep it from crumbling. Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour.
