- - smoked bacon or brisket - 150 g;

Step 1
Remove the finished puff pastry from the package and place on a prepared work surface. Then, taking a rolling pin, roll it into a layer - it should not be too thin. By the way, you can buy both yeast and non-yeast dough for making puff sticks with bacon.

Cut the bacon into fairly thin strips and place it on a rectangular slab of dough rolled out.
Step 3
Now take a sharp knife and cut the bacon dough into equal strips. Do this procedure carefully, trying to make the strips fairly even. If you want your future baking to be beautiful and unusual, then use a curly knife instead of a regular knife.
Step 4
Gently twist the resulting strips so that you get figures that look like spirals. Place them on a special silicone mat so that they do not touch each other.

After beating a raw chicken egg in a separate bowl, brush the dough and bacon sticks laid out on a silicone mat with it. Sesame seeds will add an additional flavor to these baked goods. If you want to use them, then this must be done at this stage of the work.

In the oven, the temperature of which is 200 degrees, send puff sticks with bacon to bake for about 20-30 minutes, that is, until a golden crust appears.

After cooling the baked goods on the wire rack, serve them to the table. Puff bacon sticks are ready!
