    • 4 liters of salted water;
    • 4 tablespoons butter;
    • 100 g lard;
    • 1 tsp salt.

Step 1

Fried Corn in a Deep Fryer

Wash the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the yolks with butter, add a quarter teaspoon of salt to the milk, stir thoroughly to dissolve the salt completely.

Step 2

Pour milk into the yolks, stir thoroughly, sift the flour through a strainer, add to the yolks with milk, mix until a homogeneous mass is formed. Beat the whites into a strong foam, remember that the dishes must be completely dry, otherwise the whites will not churn. Place the bowl with the whipped egg whites on the edge, if the whites do not slip, but hold firmly, as if the bowl is still on the bottom, then they are beaten enough.

Add proteins to flour, mix gently. Boil the cobs of dairy corn in salted water. The corn takes a long time to cook, add water as needed, the ears should be completely covered with water.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the corn cobs in it, add salt as desired. Cut the bacon into thinnest slices, heat up a dry frying pan, lightly fry the bacon on both sides so that it is browned, but does not melt. Serve the corn with lard and toasted bread.
