  • - 1 bell pepper;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;

Instructions

Step 1

Finely chop half of the red cabbage. Peel the onion, rinse, cut into thin half rings. Rinse the apples (green apples with a slight sourness are usually taken for salads), peel, and remove the seeds. Cut the apples into cubes. Combine the cabbage with apples and onions.

Step 2

Rinse the bell peppers (red, yellow or green - it doesn't really matter, you can make an assortment), peel. Cut the pulp of the pepper into strips. Peel the cloves of garlic, pass through the garlic press. Add all prepared ingredients to the salad.

Step 3

Season a fresh red cabbage salad with mayonnaise, salt to taste, mix thoroughly. It is not recommended to add a lot of mayonnaise to the salad - it will turn out to be too liquid, mayonnaise is needed here only for impregnation.

Step 4

The salad is ready, put it in a salad bowl, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley on top. Serve immediately. The salad on any table looks fresh in summer. Someone adds soaked raisins to it instead of garlic.
