- - sweet red pepper 70 g;
- - carrots 50 g;
- - onions 50 g;
- - tomato paste 2 teaspoons;
- - soy sauce 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - 1 clove garlic;
- - vegetable oil;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - greens for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into cubes of about 2 * 2 cm. In a well-heated pan with vegetable oil, fry the chicken fillet until golden brown. Then put the pieces of meat on a plate.
Step 2
Cut sweet peppers, onions and carrots into small slices. Then we send the vegetables to the pan in which the chicken was cooked. Fry vegetables for 5-7 minutes, pre-pouring in soy sauce. Then add tomato paste, garlic and chili and simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Then add the meat to the vegetables and simmer for about 5-7 minutes under the lid. The dish is now ready! We decorate it with sprigs of greenery.
