Step 1

Prepare the food you need. Pour one and a half liters of water into a saucepan and put on fire. Rinse the rice and add it to boiling water, cook for fifteen minutes.

While the rice is cooking, wash and peel two potatoes, one carrot and half of the onion.

Place the green beans, which have not been defrosted, in boiling water.

Cut two peeled potatoes into cubes or sticks and rinse in cold running water. Put it in boiling water. Cut the peeled carrots into cubes or sticks and add to the potatoes in the saucepan. Cut half the onion into cubes and add to the saucepan. Salt the contents of the saucepan and cook for fifteen minutes.

Take a separate bowl and mix the sour cream and one raw egg or four quail eggs in it. If you want the soup to turn out thicker, then mix a few raw chicken eggs or eight quail eggs with sour cream. Pour the resulting egg mixture in a thin stream into the boiling soup, stirring constantly and quickly with a fork. You will have beautiful egg rags that resemble a spider web in your soup.

Take a bunch of fresh herbs, rinse it with running water and chop finely. Add finely chopped greens to the soup and boil the contents for thirty seconds, and then turn off the heat.
