Garnish No. 1. Carrot puree with cumin.

For two small portions, we need:

4 medium carrots;

4 cloves of garlic;

1 tsp cumin;

0.5 tsp hot red pepper;

0.5 tsp turmeric;

1 tbsp lemon juice or balsamic vinegar;

4 tablespoons olive oil or 200 g of Turkish yogurt;

Salt to taste.

Boil the carrots and garlic and pass through a blender, adding a spoonful of water in which the vegetables were cooked. Season, add vinegar and oil or yogurt and beat again. Serve with serving rings.
