Potatoes with meat is a simple, hearty and tasty dish that your family will especially appreciate when they return home from a winter walk. You need few products to cook potatoes with meat, but do not forget that delicious dishes are obtained from such a minimal set only if all the ingredients are really high quality.

- Carrots - 1 piece,
- Vegetable oil
- Potatoes - 1 kg

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat, cut into small pieces. Heat a cast-iron saucepan or stewpan on the stove, fry the meat in small portions in vegetable oil, putting the fried pieces on a separate plate. Then put all the meat back into the pot.
Step 2
Throw the onion cut into half rings into the pan and, stirring, fry it until transparent, put the carrots grated on a coarse grater into the pan. Salt and pepper the meat, add a glass of water, close the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into small cubes, pour into a saucepan, add salt and stir with the meat. Leave to simmer for 20 minutes, periodically opening and stirring the contents of the pan. If necessary, add a little water.
Step 4
When the potatoes are ready, place them along with the meat on plates, sprinkling with finely chopped herbs.
