Start cooking this dish with meat, as it takes longer to cook than potatoes. To do this, rinse the meat thoroughly in cold water, dry, cut into small pieces and put in a cast iron or aluminum pan or rooster. Cover with water and place over medium heat. Cook until tender. In the meantime, wash and peel the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes, the onion, as you wish, into half rings or small cubes, and the pepper into cubes. When the meat is ready, add vegetables, adjika, tomato paste, salt and spices to it. Add water if necessary. There should be enough of it so that it does not completely cover the potatoes and be 2 centimeters lower, this is enough for stewing. Cover and simmer over low heat until tender. Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs and serve hot with a vegetable salad seasoned with olive oil.

Peel the onions, cut into small cubes and fry in a cauldron in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add to it the pork chopped into pieces and carrots, grated on a coarse grater. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add coarsely chopped potatoes, cover with water, salt and pepper, add bay leaf and vegetation. Cover and simmer over medium heat until tender.

Finally add the tomato paste and stir. She is able to give a dish a pleasant sour taste. Now check the amount of water in a saucepan with meat - if there is too much broth, it is better to drain a little into a container, and salt the remaining broth, add raw potatoes, put allspice and bay leaf. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, then add the tomato-fried vegetables and cook until tender.
