It is necessary
- - 400 g chicken fillet (smoked chicken can be used);
- - 1 large onion;
- - 1 large carrot or 2 medium ones;
- - 1 can of canned corn;
- - 250 g of cheese;
- - sunflower oil;
- - salt to taste;
- - mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion into small half rings. Peel and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Add sunflower oil to a preheated skillet and put chopped onions and carrots. When frying, stir often onions with carrots, the main thing is not to fry, but to fry slightly (sautéing).
Step 2
Take a small saucepan, pour water and put on fire. When the water boils, add salt and lower the chicken fillet washed under cold water. Chicken fillet is cooked for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Remove fried onions with carrots from heat and put in a sieve or in a colander. In order to glass excess oil, then put in a bowl in which there will be salad.
Step 4
The chicken should be cut into small pieces (you can add smoked chicken) and add to the vegetables. Then add canned corn, grate cheese, salt to taste and season with mayonnaise. The salad can be served at the table.
