Step 1
For a biscuit of the Slavyanka cake, beat the eggs, gradually adding sugar until an airy mass is obtained. Pour flour into this mass and mix thoroughly. Put the resulting dough in a greased form and bake for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C. Cool the finished biscuit and cut into 3 identical forms. Leave the biscuit trimmings for sprinkling.
Step 2
To prepare the cream, soften the butter, add sugar and beat with a mixer until a fluffy light mass is obtained. Add grated halva, condensed milk, yolks and vanillin, beat all the ingredients until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
Step 3
At the final stage of making the Slavyanka cake, layer the cakes with cream and connect. Spread the remaining cream over the sides and top of the cake. Rub the chocolate, sprinkle it on top. The sides of the cake are sprinkled with crumbs from the remains of the biscuit, or chocolate.
