- Egg yolks - 3 pcs.;
- Halva - 100 g;
- Water - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- Butter - 250 g;
- Vanillin.
Preparation:
- First you need to beat the eggs with sugar. A lush mass should form. Add carefully sifted flour and starch to the mixture. Knead the dough with quick movements.
- Cut the prepared dough into 3 equal parts. In turn, evenly distribute each part in the form and bake each layer for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees. You should get 3 toasted golden cakes.
- Put the browned sponge cake out of the mold on a plate and chill. If the layers are uneven, they must be trimmed with a knife. Do not discard the remaining biscuit scraps. They can be used together with halva.
- Next, the cream is prepared. Mix condensed milk with water, cook in a water bath, bring to a boil. Pour the stirred yolks into the boiling mass in a thin stream.

- Cool the cream, put butter in it and beat well. Vanillin and halva, rubbed with biscuit crumbs through a sieve, add to the resulting mixture, mix well.
- Smear each layer of the cake with cream and combine into one large cake. Smear the surface of the cake with cream and put it on the sides.
- The finished cake can be garnished with canned or fresh fruits and berries, powdered sugar and chocolate chips.
