    • Hard cheese -100 g,
    • Garlic - 3 cloves
    • Mustard, ready-made 1 tablespoon,
    • Basil
    • oregano dry half a teaspoon,

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the legs, put in a bowl, salt and pepper, add herbs and crushed garlic, add mustard and mix everything. Cover the bowl with cling film or a lid, and leave the meat to marinate. If you eat the legs immediately, then leave them to stand at room temperature for an hour and a half, if you plan to have dinner with them, then marinate them in the morning and put the bowl in the refrigerator until evening.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 200C. Place the legs on a greased baking sheet, place in the oven and fry for 30 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the legs and sprinkle them with grated cheese on a coarse grater, then put the baking sheet in the oven again.

Step 3

Turn off the oven, let the meat stand inside for 5 minutes, because the baking process is still going on. Then take out the legs, put them on a dish or serving plates, sprinkle with fresh finely chopped herbs.
