- - 250 g butter (softened);
- - 4 chicken eggs;
- - 300 g of granulated sugar;
- - 20 g of icing sugar;
- - juice of two lemons;
- - zest of one lemon.

Step 1
First of all, you need to preheat the oven to 175 degrees. While the oven is heating up, let's dough. To do this, mix 350 g of flour, soft butter and 100 g of sugar. Mix with a mixer at low speed and spread evenly in a glass dish (preferably 32 x 22 cm). We put the form with the dough in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Step 2
While the dough is baking, take the remaining flour, sugar and pour them into the mixer bowl. Then add eggs and pour in the juice of two lemons. Beat thoroughly with a mixer at medium speed. We take out the mold from the oven and pour the resulting dough into it. Put in the oven again for another 20 minutes.
Step 3
Cool the finished cake completely, sprinkle with grated lemon zest and powdered sugar on top. Call everyone to the table and enjoy your tea!
