Required Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of blueberries;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of rum;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of water;
  • 300 g of sugar.

Place the pot over low heat and cook the berries until they are soft, stirring constantly. Then add sugar to the pan - you need to do this in small portions so as not to interrupt the boiling process. Cook the blueberry mass for another 5-7 minutes, then pour the rum into it and immediately remove the pan from the heat. Pour hot jam into jars and roll up.
