So, take 100 grams of unpeeled oats, rinse it and transfer it to an enamel pot. Pour 1.5 liters of water and put on high heat. After the oats have boiled, reduce heat to low and continue boiling. After 40 minutes of simmering, set the pot aside, crush it into oats with a wooden crush, and then return the pot to the heat for another 20 minutes. Cool the resulting broth, then strain it through several layers of cheesecloth. You will end up with a white liquid that needs to be refrigerated for no more than 2 days. With pancreatitis, take this milk 3-4 times a day, before meals, 100 grams. If the child is sick, the dosage is reduced to 50 grams per dose.

Another recipe for oat milk, which can successfully replace natural milk, especially if you are allergic to components of natural milk or you are a vegetarian. Drink it just like that, add it to baked goods instead of cow's, whip cocktails with it, pour breakfast cereals (cereals) with it - in general, do everything the same as it is customary to do with natural milk of animal origin. Put 30 grams of oatmeal in a container with cover, pour 200 ml of water at room temperature. Cover the dish with a lid and shake to mix the water and flakes. Leave the container in a cool place for 6-8 hours. After 6-8 hours, drain the water, put the swollen flakes in the water and pour 0.5 liters of water into them. Whisk until creamy, about 3-4 minutes. Pour in another half liter of water and beat for another 1 minute. Then squeeze the mixture through several layers of cheesecloth or a fine sieve. The oat milk is ready. To give it a sweetish taste, you can add honey, sugar to it. Use vanillin to flavor the product. After cooking, pour the milk into a container with a lid. It should be consumed within 3-4 days.
