Instructions
Step 1
Wash the eggplants, cut into slices, salt and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Cut the meat into portions, salt and pepper to taste. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut each in half. Peel sweet peppers from seeds and stalks, wash well, and then cut into slices.
Step 4
Melt the fat tail in a deep skillet and pour into a small container. In the resulting fat, fry meat and prepared vegetables alternately. Season with salt and pepper to taste during cooking.
Step 5
When serving, cover the dish with sheets of pita bread, then lay the meat and vegetables in layers on top. Serve hot, garnished with dill and onions.
