    • 300 g plums.

    • 2 tbsp. flour;
    • 250 g of cottage cheese;
    • 100 g butter;
    • 0, 5 tbsp. Sahara;
    • 2 tsp baking powder;
    • 300 g plums.

Separate a small piece from the total mass of butter. Rub the remaining butter over ¾ tbsp. sugar, baking powder and vanilla. You should get a homogeneous soft mass, combine it with flour. Add eggs and milk to the mixture, stir everything well.

Step 2

Cut the plums into halves, remove from the pit. Melt the remaining piece of butter in a frying pan, add the remaining sugar and bring everything to a boil. Place the plums in the skillet, cut side down. Gently pour the dough on top.

Preheat the oven to 180oC, put a pan with a pie there and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove the finished pie from the oven, cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes. Separate the sides of the pie from the pan with a knife, put it on fire for a couple of minutes so that the bottom layer melts slightly. Cover the pan with a flat dish on top and turn it over.

Sift flour, mix with baking powder, add one egg and half vanillin. Divide the butter into two parts, melt one part and pour into the flour, knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Place the filling on top. Cut the plums into halves, remove the seeds and place them on the filling. Place the plum pie in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Separate the prunes and cut into wedges. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder, halve the mixture. Combine one with cottage cheese, and the other with butter. Combine both pieces to make large crumbs. Put them in a mold, place the halves of the plums on top, sprinkle with sugar. Bake plum cake at 180oC for 30-40 minutes.
