Pollock soup 1
Pour 2 liters of water into a 3 liter saucepan. Then put it on the stove, make it medium heat. Next, wash the onion, peel, cut it into half rings. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add chopped onion. Fry everything until golden, but not until crusty. You can add 2 teaspoons of butter to the fry to enhance the flavor. When the onions are ready, place them on a separate plate.
Step 2
Take up the preparation of pollock. If you do not have a finished fillet, but a whole fish, then separate the meat from the bone. Cut it into small pieces, but not very small, as the fish will boil and the appearance of the dish will deteriorate. Now take care of the carrots. Wash and clean. Next, grate on a medium grater or cut into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a separate frying pan, put carrots there, fry them a little.

Then take the processed cheese and gently grate it on a fine grater. When the water in the pan boils, send there: fried onions with carrots, chopped fish and grated cheese. Season the dish with salt and pepper to your liking, add bay leaves and aromatic basil.
