Bake in the oven (two hours), pouring the juice flowing from the meat. After an hour, add the onion, chopped into rings, parsley. Cut the finished meat into slices, put on a dish.

Prepare the sauce for the pork from the liquid that has remained in the mold, add sour cream and flour with water / broth to it, cook the sauce for five minutes.

Pork ham recipe with carrots in mayonnaise

Baked pork leg is a very satisfying dish, it can be prepared for a large family so that it will be enough for everyone. This dish is best served with vegetable salad and baked potatoes.

We will need:

- 1 kg of ham;

- 500 g of carrots;

- 200 ml of mayonnaise;

- 100 g of fat and grated cheese;

- 1, 5 glasses of water;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;

- pepper, sugar, salt.

Cut the pork leg into slices, beat off, salt, roll in flour, fry until a brown crust forms. Grate the carrots, boil until half cooked, add salt, put in a baking dish, cover with water, put slices of meat on top. Simmer for one hour.

Add a spoonful of sugar to the mayonnaise, pour the meat over it, simmer until soft. Sprinkle grated cheese over the dish.

Pork Stew with Sauerkraut

Not only cabbage soup can be cooked from sauerkraut. Stew pork with cabbage - you get juicy meat with an original taste.

We will need:

- 1 kg of pork;

- 1.5 kg of sauerkraut;

- 100 g of fat;

- 2 onions;

- carrot, celery root;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste;

- black pepper, salt, sugar, water.

Fry the cabbage with chopped onions, carrots and celery. Add water, simmer until soft. Cut the pork into pieces, pepper, salt, fry until crusty, put in a saucepan, add tomato paste, cabbage, sugar, mix. If necessary, you can add water, simmer until tender.
