For a pasta casserole, you can use pasta leftover from a past lunch or dinner. Curled spirals or hollow horns are best suited for these purposes - they absorb the sauce, making the casserole more tasty and tender.
It is necessary
-
- 150 g pasta
- 120 g sausage
- 1 onion
- 250 g champignons
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- 1. tbsp. cream
- 1 egg
- 50 g cheese
Instructions
Step 1
If you do not have ready-made pasta, boil new ones in boiling water, according to the instructions on the package with them.
Step 2
Cut the sausage into small cubes, the onion into smaller cubes. You can cut the champignons in half or leave them whole if they are very small.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the sausage in it, add onions and mushrooms. Reduce heat, pour tomato paste diluted with water into the pan, salt and pepper the resulting sauce.
Step 4
Combine the egg and cream in a separate cup.
Step 5
Fold the pasta into a fireproof dish, pour the tomato sauce over it, and top with the egg-creamy mass.
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle it on top of the casserole.
Step 7
For baking, 10 minutes at 200 ° C is enough. The casserole is done when the cheese is lightly browned on the top.
