Step 1

Add the following ingredients to the saucepan: 250 milliliters of cream, a pinch of salt and milk. Mix all the components of this mixture well with each other. Put the formed mass on the stove and wait for it to boil.

While you wait for the creamy milk mixture to boil, rinse the rice thoroughly.

Step 3

Add freshly washed round grain rice along with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar to the boiling creamy mixture. When this mass boils, reduce the heat to very low and cook it until the cereal is boiled. This will take you about 40-45 minutes.

Step 4

Set aside the resulting rice porridge and do not touch it until it has completely cooled down.

Step 5

In the meantime, whisk the remaining cream into a separate bowl. Before this procedure, it is best to cool the cream in the refrigerator, as this will make it better and easier to whip.

Step 6

Add whipped cream to the cooled rice porridge. Stir the mixture until smooth, then place it in a prepared container and refrigerate in the freezer for one hour. After the time has elapsed, stir the ice cream and send it back to cool. Do this procedure at least 2-3 times.

Step 7

After the last stirring, send the treat to the freezer until completely frozen. The rice ice cream is ready!
