Original, and most importantly, very healthy ice cream. By taste, you will never guess that the main ingredient is rice.
It is necessary
- - milk 800 ml;
- - rice 100 g;
- - sugar 50 g;
- - cinnamon - 1 stick;
- - zest from one lemon;
- - yolk - 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar, yolk, lemon zest and cinnamon. Boil the mixture.
Step 2
Put rice in the mixture and cook for 40 minutes, until the consistency is similar to cream.
Step 3
While the mixture is boiling, beat the yolk with a drop of water, mix a few tablespoons of the hot mixture with the yolk.
Step 4
Add the egg mixture to the rice mixture, stirring constantly and thoroughly.
Step 5
Let it boil and turn it off immediately.
Step 6
Remove the lemon zest and cinnamon stick from the mixture and beat everything well with a blender.
Step 7
Pour into a container and let cool. Prepare silicone molds and sticks.
Step 8
Pour the rice mixture into molds and place in the freezer.
Step 9
After 2 hours, the ice cream is ready. If there are no small molds, you can put them in one big one, mix the ice cream thoroughly every 20 minutes.
