- - 800 ml of milk;
- - 200 ml of condensed milk;
- - 1 stick of cinnamon;
- - lemon peel;
- - 1 vanilla pod;
- - 150 g of rice;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 150 ml of cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Place in a saucepan: milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, whole vanilla pod, lemon zest. It is necessary to heat everything over medium heat and remove when it boils.
Step 2
Add rice to a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. Do not forget to stir regularly, so the rice will come out crumbly and rich.
Step 3
After the rice is cooked, add sugar and cream. Cook everything over medium heat, stirring slowly for 10 minutes.
Step 4
After the rice is finished, remove the pan from the stove. Remove zest, vanilla and cinnamon. You can use a colander. Let the finished mixture sit for 5 minutes. Then, pour into a mold, add the sticks and refrigerate for 6 hours. For ice cream, ordinary silicone baking dishes are suitable.
Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving. Done!
