Make a potato casserole with a ham, it's delicious and satisfying. Such a dish is prepared quickly, however, it is eaten even faster.
It is necessary
- - 4-5 medium potatoes
- - 300 g ham (smoked)
- - 150-200 g of hard cheese
- - 200 ml heavy cream
- - butter for greasing the mold
- - 3-4 cloves of garlic
- - salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a dish in which you will cook the potato casserole with ham. A baking sheet with high sides is suitable, grease it with butter and lightly sprinkle with chopped garlic.
Step 2
Cut the smoked ham into small cubes, cut the potatoes into thin slices and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Place a layer of potatoes in a casserole dish with a layer of chopped ham on top. Sprinkle with the remaining minced garlic and cover again with a layer of potatoes.
Step 4
Top the potato casserole with cream and then sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 5
Place in a hot oven (200 ° C), bake for about 45 minutes, then turn off and let the casserole stand for a while, 5 minutes is enough. Cut into portions and serve.
