Preparation:

  1. First thing you need to do is prepare your vegetables. To do this, pour the washed potatoes with water and cook without peeling.
  2. Eggs can also be placed in the same pan, which must be boiled until fully cooked, like potatoes. After that, the eggs and potatoes should be removed from the hot water and allowed to cool.
  3. After that, the peel is removed from the vegetables and apples, the eggs are also peeled from the shell. Then all refined ingredients must be chopped using a coarse grater. By the way, if the onion is too spicy, then it can be cut into small pieces with a knife and scalded with boiling water.
  4. This delicious salad is best served in portions. To do this, a serving ring is installed in the plate and salad is laid in it in layers.
  • First layer: grated potatoes and chopped onions, smeared with mayonnaise on top (it can be mixed with sour cream in a 1: 1 ratio) and sprinkled with a little salt.
  • The second layer: for it you need chopped radish, which should also be salted and smeared with mayonnaise (try to make the layers the same thickness).
  • Third layer: carrots, they can be used both raw and boiled, but it is best to stay with the first option. It is also salted and coated with mayonnaise.
  • The fourth layer: grated apple + salt + mayonnaise.
  • Fifth layer (final): grated egg. On top of it, you can apply a beautiful mayonnaise mesh.

You can decorate the finished salad with chopped herbs or whole branches. You can also use a variety of vegetables from which beautiful flowers are cut. This vegetable salad must not be served immediately after preparation. It must be put in a cool place so that it is infused and all layers are thoroughly saturated with mayonnaise.
